Pour in 2 table spoon scope of chilli paste into the hot wok.

Put in the slice zucchini and stir fried it well about 2 to 3 minutes.

Add in the beaten eggs and flip when the other side is well done.

Fried longer if you like the crunchy and brownish egg white style.

Serve with rice, noodles or bread.
