- 1 big onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, quartered
- 2 squid, sliced, make shallow criss-cross cuts
- Ketchup to taste
- Salt to taste
- ½ chili, sliced

- In a hot oiled wok, fry the onion until fragrant. Add in the tomatoes and stir-fry until slightly softer.
- Add in the squid and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Add in ketchup and salt to taste. Also add chili if desired.
- Stir-fry quickly until the squid has turned white and starts to curve. Add a bit of water if it is too dry. Serve.
