Stir-fried spinach with wolfberries

    This is a very presentable dish that is also delicious. The wolfberries add color to the otherwise plain dish!

    Serves: 5 

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 25g carrot, shredded
    • 400g spinach
    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
    • Water
    • 1 tbsp wolfberries
    • Salt to taste
    • ½ salted egg, chopped

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Fry the garlic until it is slightly browned.
    2. Add in the carrot, spinach and light soy sauce and stir-fry quickly to combine. Add just enough water to half-cover the vegetables.
    3. Cover the pan with a lid and allow it to cook until the water boils. Add wolfberries and salted egg and stir-fry again until the water boils. Serve.
