    About this recipe: We haven't had beef in a long time so we decided to buy some to cook. Beef has high iron content, which is good in preventing anemia.

    Ingredients

    • 300g beef, sliced
    • A pinch of salt
    • A dash of pepper
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 5 slices ginger, cut into strips
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

    Directions

    1. Marinade the beef in salt and pepper for 2 hours.
    2. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil and stir-fry the ginger until fragrant. Add in the beef slices and sesame oil. Stir-fry under high heat until the beef has browned. Add a little water to make it wet.
