Steamed chicken with mushrooms

    This is a very fragrant and delicious dish that is easy to cook. Can be simply put together quickly for dinner.

    • 300g chicken meat, cut
    • 1 tsp light soy sauce
    • ½ tsp rice wine
    • A dash of pepper
    • 6 dried mushrooms, cut into halves
    • A few slices ginger
    • 1 stalk spring onion, cut


    1. Marinade the chicken in light soy sauce, rice wine and pepper for about 30 minutes.
    2. Place marinated chicken, mushrooms, ginger and spring onions together on a plate and steam for 10 minutes in a water-filled wok.
