Pan-fried cod fish with ginger

About this recipe:
We love the texture of cod fish. It is very oily and fine. So smooth that it just runs down your throat!
2 tbsp oil
5 slices ginger, cut into strips
500g cod fish
- Oil a pan and fry the ginger under medium heat until it becomes fragrant and the browned. Remove from pan.
- Add the cod fish into the same pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Garnish the cod fish with fried ginger strips and serve.
