Pan-fried cod fish with ginger

    We love the texture of cod fish. It is very oily and fine. So smooth that it just runs down your throat!

    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 5 slices ginger, cut into strips
    • 500g cod fish


    1. Oil a pan and fry the ginger under medium heat until it becomes fragrant and the browned. Remove from pan.
    2. Add the cod fish into the same pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
    3. Garnish the cod fish with fried ginger strips and serve.
