Mashed potatoes and roasted chicken chops
The kids like Western foods a lot so I made this mashed potatoes and roasted chicken chops for them. The Happy Call Pan really requires very little oil!

3 tbsp butter
8 pieces bacon
6 pieces chicken drumlet, boneless
3 tbsp light soy sauce
A pinch of salt
1.5 tbsp sesame oil
1 egg, mixed with 1 tbsp flour
- Marinate the chicken drumlets in light soy sauce, salt and sesame oil for 1-2 hours.
- Boil the potatoes until it is soft. To check, insert a toothpick – if it comes out easily, it is cooked. Remove the potato skins and mash.
- Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove from pan and chop into small pieces. Mix the bacon, butter and potatoes together.
- Once the chicken in marinated, dip in flour and egg mixture. Roast in a Happy Call Pan for 7 minutes on one side and 8 minutes on the other. Serve the chicken and mashed potatoes together.
