    About this recipe: The kids like Western foods a lot so I made this mashed potatoes and roasted chicken chops for them. The Happy Call Pan really requires very little oil!

    Ingredients

    • 10 potatoes
    • 3 tbsp butter
    • 8 pieces bacon
    • 6 pieces chicken drumlet, boneless
    • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
    • A pinch of salt
    • 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 egg, mixed with 1 tbsp flour

    Directions

    1. Marinate the chicken drumlets in light soy sauce, salt and sesame oil for 1-2 hours.
    2. Boil the potatoes until it is soft. To check, insert a toothpick – if it comes out easily, it is cooked. Remove the potato skins and mash.
    3. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove from pan and chop into small pieces. Mix the bacon, butter and potatoes together.
    4. Once the chicken in marinated, dip in flour and egg mixture. Roast in a Happy Call Pan for 7 minutes on one side and 8 minutes on the other. Serve the chicken and mashed potatoes together.
