Black grouper in sweet and sour sauce

About this recipe: We like having a sweet and sour sauce. It prevents the fish from tasting too dry.

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 black grouper
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • A pinch of salt
  • Small amount of sugar
  • ½ tbsp vinegar


  1. Pan-fry the grouper in oil until it is golden brown on both sides.
  2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a sauce pan until it is warmed. Pour over the fried fish. Serve.
