Pan-fried yellowfish with taucheo
Yet another fish dish! We don't get tired of having fish even though we eat it almost every day.

2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Teochew taucheo (soybean paste)
Small amount of Sichuan vegetables
1 tomato, quartered
2 cloves garlic, chopped
A few slices of ginger
A small amount of water
- In a hot oiled pan, fry together all ingredients except cilantro and yellowfish. Fry under medium heat until fragrant. Set aside.
- Pan-fry the fish until golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan and plate.
- Pour the sauce over the fish and serve.
