    About this recipe: This is easy to make and tasty too! Careful about the small bones when giving to kids though.

    Ingredients

    • A pinch of salt
    • 5 small fish (about 800g)
    • 1 egg
    • Flour for coating
    • Oil for frying

    Directions

    1. Rub salt into the fish to remove the fishy smell. Wipe dry with kitchen towels.
    2. Dip the fish into egg and coat with flour. Fry in a wok filled with oil until golden on both sides. Serve.
