Tofu and bunashimeji mushroom soup

    We just happened to have a lot of bunashimeji mushrooms left so we just threw it into the soup. Not too bad!

    Ingredients

    • 2 L water
    • 1 handful ikan bilis
    • 1 tube tofu, sliced
    • 1 packet brown bunashimeji mushroom
    • Small amount of seaweed
    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

    Directions

    1. Boil the water and ikan bilis for about 1 hour. Remove the ikan bilis.
    2. Add tofu, bunashimeji mushroom, seaweed and light soy sauce. Stir for about 1-2 minutes. Serve.
