Stir-fried marrow and tanghoon

    Marrow is also known as hairy gourd. This is a very fine, soft vegetable that we often buy from the wet market.

    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • Small amount dried shrimps
    • ½ marrow, shredded
    • 20g tanghoon
    • 1 tsp light soy sauce
    • 100ml water


    1. Stir-fry the garlic and dried shrimps until fragrant.
    2. Add in the shredded marrow and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
    3. Add in the tanghoon, light soy sauce and water and fry for 2 minutes. Serve.
