Stir-fried chicken feet with beancurd skin

    This is a dish which we have not cooked for a very long time because small kids can't eat this easily. But now that my son is older, he can eat this more easily.

    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 10 chicken feet, cleaned
    • 50g beancurd skin, soaked until soft
    • 1 tbsp rice wine
    • A pinch of salt
    • ½ cup water
    • 1/2 tsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water
    • Cilantro as garnish


    1. In a hot oiled pan, fry garlic until it starts to brown. Add the chicken feet and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add beancurd skin, rice wine, salt and water and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid. Allow it to cook for about 2 minutes.
    2. Add the cornflour water mixture and stir. Allow sauce to thicken. Serve with cilantro as garnish.
