Steamed stuffed sotong

    I got this recipe from my sister-in-law. It is very simple yet looks good. Steam the whole sotong first, cut later when it's cooked.

    • 75g minced pork
    • 4 water chestnuts, diced
    • 10 prawns, chopped
    • 1 tsp light soy sauce
    • A dash of pepper
    • 1 tsp rice wine
    • 1 stalk spring onion, chopped
    • 3 whole sotong, cleaned, insides removed


    1. Mix together all the ingredients except the sotong. Separate into 3 portions.
    2. Stuff each portion of the pork mixture into the sotong. Steam for 10 minutes. Serve.
