About this recipe: Pork liver is a cheap and good source of iron. That said, it is also high in cholestrol. Tastes really good though!

  • 280g pork liver, sliced
  • A dash of pepper
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 5 slices ginger, cut into strips
  • 1 stalk spring onion, cut
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce


  1. Marinate the pork liver in pepper just before cooking (for less than 5 minutes).
  2. Heat a wok and oil with sesame oil and cooking oil. Under medium heat, fry the ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add in the liver, spring onions and fry under high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add in the dark soy sauce and mix quickly until well-combined. Serve.
