No-cook cold tofu with century egg

    We got this recipe from the newspapers the other day but made it even simpler. You can just buy ready-fried shallots.

    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 10g fried shallots
    • 1 century egg, diced roughly
    • 1 box tofu, drained
    • Pork floss for garnish
    • Spring onion for garnish


    1. Mix the light soy sauce, sesame oil, century egg and fried shallots together and pour over the tofu.
    2. Sprinkle pork floss and spring onions on top. Serve.
