About this recipe:
We bought brinjals again! The last time we pan-fried it but this time we decided it would taste better deep-fried. Quite right too!
1 egg, beaten
A pinch of salt
1 bringal, cut horizontally in half
Fried shallots for garnish
- Mix egg and salt. Dip the brinjal into the egg mixture.
- Deep-fry until the brinjal is golden brown. Serve with shallots as garnish.
