Taogeh and tau gwa stir-fry (Beanspouts and beancurd stir-fry)
This is a dish that everyone must have seen a thousand renditions of! This is my take on it!

1 piece tau gwa, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
25g salted vegetables, cut into strips
1 stalk spring onion, cut
1 tomato, quartered
¼ cup water
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp light soy sauce
- Pan-fry the tau gwa slices until it is golden brown.
- Fry the garlic under medium heat until fragrant. Add salted vegetables and spring onions and fry until fragrant.
- Add the beansprouts and tomato and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add water, salt and light soy sauce and put back the fried tau gwa slices. Stir to combine. Serve.
