Stir-fried shredded cabbage

    This dish is a little bit plain... will probably think of ways to liven it up a little more the next time I cook this!

    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • ½ cabbage, shredded
    • A pinch of salt
    • ½ cup water
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce


    1. Fry the garlic until slightly browned and then add the cabbage. Add salt and just enough water to half cover the cabbage. Cover the wok with a lid and allow it to boil.
    2. Once it boils, add in oyster sauce and mix. Cover again until the cabbage softens. Serve.
