Rice cooker chawanmushi

    This is a simple dish that saves time and energy. You can just put the egg on top of the rice in the rice cooker to let it cook.

    • 3 crabsticks, cut
    • 3 eggs
    • 4 eggshells water
    • 1 tsp light soy sauce
    • A dash of pepper
    • A pinch of salt
    • 1 tsp sesame oil


    1. Mix all the ingredients together until well-combined. Do not stir too vigorously so as to avoid air bubbles.
    2. Place in the rice cooker during the warm-up stage and steam for 10 minutes. Serve.
