Minced meat omelette

    We cooked this dish very frequently because the kids like it a lot. Sometimes with minced pork and sometimes with minced chicken.

    • 250g Minced Pork or Chicken
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 3 eggs, beaten
    • A pinch of salt
    • A dash of pepper


    1. Marinate the minced pork in oyster sauce and sesame oil for about 15 minutes.
    2. Fry the marinated pork in a pan until it loses its pinkness and does not stick together.
    3. Pour in the eggs and add salt and pepper. Allow it to sit until the base is set and then flip over to the other side. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Cut into smaller pieces and serve.
