Honey chicken wings

    This is simple and tasty. Let the marinade do all the work! Just leave the marinade in as long as possible.

    • 6 chicken wings
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • ½ thumb's length of ginger, minced
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • A few pepper seeds, pounded
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of salt


    1. Marinate the chicken wings in all the ingredients for at least 1 hour, or best, overnight.
    2. Bake in a preheated oven at 250C for 15-20 minutes on each side. Serve.
