    About this recipe: Small fish might have a lot of bones but they can be much sweeter than bigger fishes!

    Ingredients

    • 4 small fishes (about 700g)
    • A pinch of salt
    • Oil for frying

    Directions

    1. Rub salt into the cavity of the fish. Dry with kitchen towels to prevent splatters.
    2. Deep-fry in a deep fryer until golden. Blot dry the oil with kitchen towels. Serve with rice.
