Beancurd and prawns stir-fry
This is a simple dish to cook. To save time, you don't even have to fry the beancurd yourself; just buy ready made ones from hawker centers.

1 clove garlic, chopped
2 leeks, cut into small pieces
10 prawns, shelled
A pinch of salt
1 tsp light soy sauce
2 pieces deep-fried beancurd, sliced
- Fry the garlic until it starts to brown. Add in the leeks and water. Cover the pan with a lid until the leeks have softened.
- Add in the prawns and stir-fry again. Add in salt, light soy sauce and cover again. Allow the water to boil.
- Add in the beancurd and stir to combine. Serve.
