About this recipe: This is another favorite! Pig liver is a good ingredient to cook as it contains a lot of iron.

  • 400g pork liver
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice wine
  • A dash of pepper
  • A few slices ginger
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Spring onion for garnish


  1. Marinate the pork liver in light soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine and pepper for about 30 minutes.
  2. Stir-fry the ginger until fragrant. Add in the pork liver, dark soy sauce and water. Cover the pot for about 1-2 minutes to allow it to cook. Stir occasionally to prevent the pork liver from sticking.
  3. Garnish with spring onions. Serve.
