Spinach and sliced fish stir-fry
This is a fairly simple vegetable stir-fry recipe. No extra water needs to be added as the spinach will shrink and produce water.

150g fish slices
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
A small handful of ikan bilis
Salt to taste
- In a hot oiled pan, fry the garlic until it starts to brown. Add in the ikan bilis and fry until fragrant.
- Add in the spinach and salt and stir-fry until the spinach softens. Cover the pan with a lid to help it to cook. Add some water if it is too dry.
- Remove the spinach but leave the water in the pan. Add in the fish slices and cover the pan.
- Allow it to cook until the water boils and the fish slices are completely white. Turn off the heat and pour over the spinach. Serve.
