    About this recipe: This is a very simple yet tasty soup recipe. 粉肠 is the name for the front part of the small intestine in pigs, just right after the stomach.

    Ingredients

    • 300g pig intestine (粉肠)
    • 100g peanuts
    • 5 chicken feet
    • 1 inch knob ginger
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Boil all the ingredients under low heat for 3 hours.
