Green and white carrot soup

    This soup was made with a thermal cooker. This makes it much more time and energy efficient. You just have to cook the soup for about 5-10 minutes initially, leave it in, and heat it up for another 5-10 minutes just before serving.

    • 5 bowls water
    • 300g pork ribs
    • 200g green carrot, cut into chunks
    • 200g white carrot, cut into chunks
    • 50g dried sotong, sliced
    • 1 tbsp wolfberries
    • Salt to taste


    1. Boil pork ribs and water.
    2. Once the water has boiled, add in the green and white carrot and dried sotong. Allow it to cook for about 5-10minutes in a thermal pot or 2-3 hours on a stove.
    3. Leave the soup in the thermal pot for the rest of the day. Heat up on a stove again just before eating. Add in the wolfberries and salt and let it cook for 5 minutes. Serve.
