Easy fish curry

    This is an easy to cook dish that uses an instant curry mix. Perfect for when you don't have that much time on your hands.

    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 tomato, quartered
    • 1 packet Instant Curry Assam Mix (150g)
    • 1 piece fish, 1.5cm thick


    1. Fry the curry assam mix and onion in a pot until fragrant.
    2. Add fish and some water to prevent it from burning. Mix well and allow it to cook until the sauce boils.
    3. Lastly, add the tomatoes and stir-fry until the tomatoes become soft. Serve with rice.
