Easy homecooked macaroni with chicken

    This is a simple pasta dish that I enjoy. The only difficulty is knowing when the pasta is al dente.

    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1 chicken drumstick, chopped
    • 50g caixin
    • 6 tbsp pasta sauce
    • 3 handfuls macaroni
    • 1 piece sliced cheese
    • ¾ cup water


    1. Heat the oil and put in the chicken drumstick meat and caixin. Stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes under medium heat.
    2. Add the pasta sauce and cheese. Add water and mix well. Allow it to boil for about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
    3. Soak the macaroni for about 30 minutes. Boil until it is al dente or about 6 minutes.
    4. Pour the chicken pasta sauce over the macaroni. Serve hot.
