Easy homecooked macaroni with chicken
This is a simple pasta dish that I enjoy. The only difficulty is knowing when the pasta is al dente.

1 tbsp oil
1 chicken drumstick, chopped
6 tbsp pasta sauce
3 handfuls macaroni
1 piece sliced cheese
¾ cup water
- Heat the oil and put in the chicken drumstick meat and caixin. Stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes under medium heat.
- Add the pasta sauce and cheese. Add water and mix well. Allow it to boil for about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Soak the macaroni for about 30 minutes. Boil until it is al dente or about 6 minutes.
- Pour the chicken pasta sauce over the macaroni. Serve hot.
