Deep-fried chicken wings with Kentucky powder

    This is one of the few deep-fried dishes that we make because deep-fried foods aren't healthy. But we always use this recipe when we crave fried chicken.

    • 4 chicken wings
    • 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 egg white
    • 1/5 cup Kentucky powder
    • 1 tomato, sliced


    1. Season the chicken wings for 3 hours with the garlic.
    2. Coat the chicken wings in egg white and roll in Kentucky powder until completely covered.
    3. Deep-fry until golden brown. Serve with raw tomato slices.
