Chye sim and taoki stir-fry
We made this for dinner the other day and it tasted great!

2 cloves garlic, chopped
8-12 dried shrimps
25g taoki (beancurd skin), soaked until soft, cut
3 dried mushrooms, soaked until soft, sliced
250g chye sim
A pinch of salt
½ tbsp cornflour mixed in 100ml water
- In a hot oiled pan, fry the garlic until fragrant. Add the dried shrimps and stir-fry again.
- Add the taoki, mushrooms, chye sim and salt. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the cornflour mixture and mix. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens. Serve.
