Chinese sausage omelette

    Chinese sausage is delicious! We love it in anything at all. This is one of the easiest but best-tasting omelettes!

    Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 120g Chinese sausage, sliced
    • 2 eggs
    • A pinch of salt

    Directions

    1. Oil a frying pan and fry the Chinese sausage under medium heat until it is browned.
    2. Pour the eggs over and allow it to set. Using a spatula, flip the egg over and allow it to cook on the other side. Cook until the omelette is golden brown on both sides. Serve.
