    About this recipe: This is a very easy dish that only uses a few ingredients. Some sugar should be added to take away some of the saltiness of the cai poh.

    Ingredients

    • 1 packet caipoh (preserved radish) (about 70g)
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • A pinch of sugar
    • 2 tbsp oil

    Directions

    1. Mix together the caipoh, eggs and sugar.
    2. Heat a pan and oil it. Pour the egg mixture onto the pan and allow it to cook under medium heat until the base is set. Flip over and cook until the other side is golden brown as well. Serve.
