About this recipe:
This is a very simple steamed prawn dish that depends solely on the freshness of the prawns. We usually buy sea prawns rather than lake/inland prawns.
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp taucheo (preserved soybeans), chopped
¼ chili, chopped
- Arrange the prawns on a large plate and sprinkle the garlic, taucheo and chili over it.
- Fill a wok 1/3 with water and place a metal stand in it. Place the plate with prawns on the metal stand. Turn on the heat to medium high and allow it to steam for 7 minutes.
- After 7 minutes, remove immediately so that it does not overcook. Serve.
