Steamed egg with century egg

    Steamed egg is a very easy dish to cook. It can also be placed on top of the rice in the rice cooker to cook.

    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 century egg, diced
    • 1 dried mushroom, soaked until soft, diced
    • 1/2 stalk spring onion, diced
    • 100g minced pork
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp light soy sauce
    • A pinch of salt


    1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
    2. Steam under high heat for about 15 minutes. Serve.
