Luncheon meat and Sichuan vegetables wanton

    This is a great wanton recipe! The Sichuan vegetables helps to temper the oiliness of the luncheon meat.

    • 25g Sichuan vegetables, diced
    • 50g luncheon meat, diced
    • 11 wanton skins
    • Water


    1. Mix the Sichuan vegetables and luncheon meat cubes together.
    2. Add a small amount of the vegetable and pork mixture onto the center of the wanton skin. Using your finger, dab a small amount of water on the edges of the wanton skin. Fold the wanton skin such that you get a triangular wanton.
    3. Deep-fry in hot oil under medium-low heat until golden brown. Blot oil off with kitchen towels. Serve.
