Mix the Sichuan vegetables and luncheon meat cubes together.
Add a small amount of the vegetable and pork mixture onto the center of the wanton skin. Using your finger, dab a small amount of water on the edges of the wanton skin. Fold the wanton skin such that you get a triangular wanton.
Deep-fry in hot oil under medium-low heat until golden brown. Blot oil off with kitchen towels. Serve.
