Easy French toast

    We make this when we have leftover sliced bread that is almost near the expiry date. Don't let food go to waste!

    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 6 slices bread, cut into 2 large triangles


    1. Dip the bread into the eggs until completely covered with egg.
    2. Pan-fry both sides of the bread under medium heat in an oiled pan until it turns golden brown. Blot dry with kitchen towels. Serve.
