Deep-fried luncheon meat

Deep-fried luncheon meat

1 person made this

About this recipe: Luncheon meat isn't very healthy but we love it! We don't cook it very often though. The trick is to slice it thinly and then deep-fry it slowly so that it becomes crisp without being charred.
