Deep-fried luncheon meat

    Luncheon meat isn't very healthy but we love it! We don't cook it very often though. The trick is to slice it thinly and then deep-fry it slowly so that it becomes crisp without being charred.

    • ½ can luncheon meat
    • 2 tbsp oil


    1. Cut the luncheon meat into thin slices about 1/2cm thick.
    2. Oil a pan and pan-fry the luncheon meat under medium heat until it turns brown. Serve.
