Broccoli omelette with shrimps

    Anything with egg tastes good! Kids who do not like vegetables but like egg will still like this dish!

    • Salt to taste
    • A little sugar
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 3 eggs, beaten
    • 150g broccoli
    • 8 prawns, chopped, shelled


    1. Add salt, sugar and 1 tbsp oil in a pot of hot water. Blanch broccoli until soft. Drain and set aside.
    2. Mix eggs, salt to taste, broccoli and prawns together in a bowl.
    3. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil and pour in egg mixture. Allow the egg to cook until the base is set. Flip over and cook until both sides are golden brown. Cut up into smaller pieces. Serve.
