Steamed cod fish fillet

    This is a very easy recipe. We like the taste of cod fish because it is very smooth and silky.

    • 1 slice cod fish, 1.5cm thick
    • ½ tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
    • Black pepper, crushed, to taste


    1. Drizzle on the cod fish all the seasonings.
    2. Heat a wok 1/3 filled with water and place a metal stand inside.
    3. Once the water has boiled, lower the plate with the cod fish onto the stand and steam for 7 minutes. Serve.
