Stir-fried broccoli stem with shredded vegetables

    This is a very colorful dish (mainly due to the green and red peppers) that is also very delicious.

    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 5g garlic, chopped
    • 2 broccoli stems, cut into strips
    • 30g green pepper, cut into strips
    • 20g red pepper, cut into strips
    • 30g carrot, cut into strips
    • A pinch of salt
    • A little sugar
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • ½ tbsp cornflour
    • A dash of pepper


    1. Heat a wok with oil and add garlic. Stir-fry under medium heat until browned.
    2. Add all the vegetables and stir-fry until fragrant.
    3. Add salt, sugar, oyster sauce, cornflour and pepper. Quickly stir-fry. Serve.
