White cabbage with mushrooms and squid

    The white cabbage takes a longer time to cook while the squid cooks very quickly therefore those ingredients have to be added at different times.

    • 2 pieces mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, diced
    • 100g Dried baby shrimp
    • 300g white cabbage
    • 6 slices squid


    1. Soak mushrooms in water until soft.
    2. Put oil in medium sized pan to heat. Add diced garlic and let it cook until golden brown.
    3. Add Dried baby shrimps and toss around with spatula.
    4. Put in mushroom, then put White cabbage. Toss ingredients around with spatula for around 10 min.
    5. Add slices of squid and continue to toss ingredients until cooked.
