Xiao bai cai with prawns and mushroom

About this recipe: This is a vegetable stir-fry dish that looks nice and colorful due to the addition of prawns and mushrooms.


  • 2 dried mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 300g xiao bai cai
  • 300g prawns, deshelled


  1. Soak mushrooms in water until soft.
  2. Put oil in medium sized pan to heat. Add diced garlic and let it cook until golden brown.
  3. Put in Xiao Bai Cai, prawns and mushroom. Toss ingredients around with spatula until xiao bai cai turns soft.
