Xiao bai cai with prawns and mushroom

About this recipe:
This is a vegetable stir-fry dish that looks nice and colorful due to the addition of prawns and mushrooms.
2 dried mushrooms
1 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic, diced
300g xiao bai cai
300g prawns, deshelled
- Soak mushrooms in water until soft.
- Put oil in medium sized pan to heat. Add diced garlic and let it cook until golden brown.
- Put in Xiao Bai Cai, prawns and mushroom. Toss ingredients around with spatula until xiao bai cai turns soft.
