Shark Meat with Tomatoes and Salted Vegetables

    This is a simple shark meat stir-fry dish that we have for dinner. Salted vegetables and tomatoes add some crunch to the dish.

    • 100g Shark meat, sliced
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • Water, as necessary
    • 2 tomatoes, sliced
    • 2 slices salted vegetables, diced


    1. Marinate Shark meat in Soy sauce for half an hour.
    2. Put oil in medium sized pan to heat. Add diced garlic and let it cook until golden brown.
    3. Add marinated Shark meat. Toss ingredients around with spatula until Shark meat is cooked.
    4. Add water and let it simmer, then add Tomatoes and Salted vegetables.
