How do I submit a recipe for publication on Allrecipes?
Before submitting a recipe, we encourage you to take the time to search the site to see if an identical title or recipe is already listed. This can save you the
trouble of submitting a duplicate recipe.
Please note that recipes on the site may not contain the same title. You can personalise your recipe by adding your name, e.g. Sharon's Fried Rice. Or be more descriptive, e.g. Shrimp Fried Rice.
Once you have created an account and logged in,
submit your recipe.
You can choose to publish it immediately by clicking the 'Submit as public' button. Or
else you can save it as a draft or for personal reference by clicking 'Save as private'.
Submitting a review or comment
You can review or comment on recipes by clicking on the 'Add review' link to the right of the recipe rating (stars). If you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to do so before you can enter your review or comment.
Tweaks are any changes or adjustments that you made to a specific recipe. Perhaps you substituted ingredients, made it healthier, etc. You can share your tweaks by clicking on the 'Add tweak' link to the right of the recipe rating (stars). If you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to do so before you can enter your tweak.
Searching for recipes

of the searches listed below:
To conduct a general search, enter a title or keyword in the search box on the top navigation. Or
Search for recipes that contain the ingredients you want via the
What’s the difference between Recipe and Ingredient Search?:

Once you have searched by an initial title, keyword or
ingredient, you may filter your results further using the links on the left hand side.

You can help keep our site clean! Our flagging system allows Allrecipes users to identify postings for speedy removal while maintaining an environment for community sharing and expression.
